With the schools and the university calling Friday as too cold to be out and about, the Fort Kent Public Library will follow suit and also be closed on Friday, February 3. We hope to be open Saturday, but the wind and freaky cold temps are making us adopt caution as the better part of valor. So we'll have to wait and see. So we are definitely closed Friday, and maybe closed on Saturday. Stay warm, folks, and keep an eye out for your neighbors.
