In May, The Community Supports the Fort Kent Public Library

The Fort Kent Public Library needs to recognize the following people and organizations that provided welcome support for our community's library in May.

Sarah Ashley, who won the Bookopoly reading contest donated her winnings to the library: $ 145

Norma Landry donated three new books from the Amazon Wishlist (see link below) $ 40

The Fort Kent Rotary Club donated funds to purchase the Allagash Tails books by Tim Caverly $ 126

Mr. Caverly will have an Author Talk July 2 at 6 p.m. at the Fort Kent Public Library.

Each of these people or organizations have recognized the benefit of a thriving library to their family, friends and neighbors. The Board of Trustees, the library staff and our growing number of patrons are grateful for their support.
